Abstract

This Handbook provides guidance on the structural behaviour of timber, the design of timber structures, and timber products available in Australia. It is intended for use with AS 1720.1–2010 Timber structures, Part 1: Design methods, both as a text for engineering students and as a companion document for practising engineers. The Handbook is published in conjunction with Forest & Wood Products Australia.
