This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of Oxnard, California's GREAT Program, created by the Oxnard Plain water agencies toaddress water supply challenges by constructing an advanced water purification facility (AWPF) toproduce recycled water for agricultural users andgroundwater recharge (seawater intrusion barrier), and to convey desal concentrate to enhancecoastal wetlands at Ormond Beach.
